Privatization contracts

There are many types and methods of privatization, and their goal is unified based on transferring the ownership of enterprises by transferring them from the ownership of government sectors to private ownership in order to improve production competencies and reform the economy. • Management contracts that the State entrusts to competent and responsible private entities to manage all or some public projects, in accordance with the rules of work in the competitive market, by contracting with experts from the private sector, to run and manage state-owned economic units in consideration of certain fees, or to share the net profit with the State
