We are characterized by the distinguished scientific and practical experiences in the process of representation and attendance before all courts of different types and Degrees and judicial jurisdiction bodies throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia whether this litigation is by direct attendance before the courts and judicial authorities or through representation of our clients via electronic advocacy and presentation of legal pleading and defending , preparation of statements of claim, requests, memoranda of reply, memoranda of defence , statements of objection, petitions for reconsideration, objections by applying for cassation, evaluation of proofs and preparation of legal and regular evidence whether for individuals or companies before all courts of various  kinds and degrees

1. General Courts

This includes all kinds of various civil cases and disputes arising from civil transactions and contracts and real estates in addition to carrying out of legal pleading and defending of same before all courts of different degrees and types.

2. Commercial courts

This includes all kinds of commercial cases and disputes of various  kinds that require lawyers having long experience and high competence for guarantee of  rights, including ,but not limited to, the  financial cases and Commercial fraud cases, construction contracts disputes and various commercial contracts in which the company or establishment is a party, disputes of partners ,  cases of compensation for responsibility of company’s  directors , cases of bankruptcy and cases of compulsory liquidation of companies .

3. Execution courts

This includes all types of presentation of all types of applications for execution of negotiable instruments (cheque – bill of exchange – promissory note) and execution of judicial judgments and executive bonds, and follow-up of all procedures and correct steps to satisfy the right with competence and quickness through them, and filing of lawsuits for executive disputes and objections to the  decisions and judgments of the execution court .

4. Labor courts

This includes all kinds of cases and disputes that arise between the employer and the employee regarding labour financial entitlements , percentages and commissions, and other decisions and labour contracts .

5. Administrative courts

Presentation of the necessary legal consultations in disputes arising from execution of administrative contracts to determine the legal position on them, and legal representation before administrative courts in various cases in which the opponent is an administrative body And legal representation in cases of expropriation and extent of conformity of the  expropriation decision with Regulations .

6. Personal Status Courts

This includes cases of divorce, khul’, annulment of marriage for harm, ..alimony cases, custody and visitation cases , disobedience cases, cases of establishing endowment, wills, lineage, absence and death, cases of establishing the appointment of guardians and .establishing of guardians and administrators

7. Specialized penal and criminal courts

This includes all types of criminal cases before all criminal courts of all types and levels, including : Cases of informatics crimes, issues of electronic security, data protection, privacy, security and protection of banking transactions, cases of commercial corporate crimes specified by the Public Prosecution in the Companies Law,  cases of money laundering , security cases, cases of premeditated and semi-intentional murder, attempted murder, drug cases (abuse, trafficking and smuggling) and theft cases .and kidnapping cases and the issues of war, the crimes of embezzlement and breach of trust and cases of assault on security men, and the crimes of beating and wounding and Money laundering issues and issues of defamation and threats and Cases of defamation, extortion , fraud and cheating cases, and attending investigations before the Public Prosecution

8. Committees for the resolution of securities disputes, insurance

banking and financing violations, tax disputes, customs disputes, and .other judicial and quasi-judicial committees This includes providing all legal advices related to banks and financing companies, as well handling of defending and defending in all types of banking and financial cases, the stock market, insurance cases and disputes, and others
