1999
A journey that began 25 years ago by opening the office of lawyer PhD. Ali Al-Buradi.
2002
Foundational transformation to the house of legal solutions, and opening headquarters in Riyadh, Al Khobar, and Jeddah.
2004
Global expansion as a member of the bridge alliance which led to the growth and evolvement in presenting legal solutions.
2017
Transformation from the house of legal solutions to providing legal solutions focusing on digital transformation and contribution in the making of vision applications.
2024
Introducing the “LS” trademark that focuses on presenting innovative and promising strategies in new sectors with unique ideas.

PHD. Ali Al Buradi
Board Chairman
A lawyer in trade and business with over 30 years of experience. He founded a number international and local multi- billion companies and works as a member of the Board of Directors in many of them. Al Buradi also provided consultancy in many public legislations including the Saudi law of companies. Al Buradi has obtained his PhD with honors in 2002from the Higher Institute of Judiciary.
Ibrahim Al Bahri
Managing Director
An experienced economist and legalist, with an extended experience in establishing, restructuring, merging, and governance of large local and international companies. This is in addition to being a certified judge, a member of the Board of Directors in many regional and local companies, a member of consultancy committees, and a reference in the governance of global companies.
Ali Aljaffali
CEO
He has been involved in the establishment and launch of several media, industrial, commercial and non-profit entities, and is highly skilled in organization, quality management, operations and process management.
Oliver Bolthausen
Executive partner
The Delegate Member in Germany who specializes in conflict resolution and is and experienced judge and media- tor both locally and internationally. Bolthausen has been chosen in many global conflicts and negotiations by the “Negotiation Committee”. Bolthausen has extended international relations and works as a consultant in industrial and real estate projects.
Alisa Burkhard
Executive Partner
The Executive Partner in Switzerland with over 10 years of experience. Burkhard works as consultant to many global banks, financial companies, wealth management, and investment in the business sector. Burkhard is also known for her professionalism in dealing with global and finan- cial conflicts.
